“I have always used Abbey Taxi's for years because the customer service is fantastic, I would recommend other customers to use the app as it is easier to request the address you are getting picked up from and where you are getting dropped off. The office staff are lovely and have helped me in many situations in the past, including allowing me to wait until I was ready to get a taxi from the rank after finishing an overnight shift from work. The drivers are lovely and patient as well as understanding if you are having a hard time (many a time they have been able to make me feel better after a hard shift at work, they are always smiling and really talkative. I have never had a bad interaction with any drivers or office staff and have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years, if I could give a higher rating I would.”
