Danielle kept me well informed whilst Joe and Rich carried out the repair. Tesla Service in Chester were, as usual, very busy. Shaws came to my rescue, although the part required from Tesla took a little while, Danielle kept me informed, an extended wait was to be expected, as this went beyond Shaws expected repair estimate I was offered the use of a courtesy car. As it turned out, the repair was completed the following day ! Being a local company that has a Tesla experienced technician certainly makes the choice easy, it's Shaws Service Station for me !
