He developed so well as a person and the Montessori learning has really allowed him to love to learn. They noticed when he was ahead in development and adjusted his goals. The facilities are fantastic especially the outdoors and I loved that all we had to pack was spare clothes, I was also amazed at how well my son ate his meals and the food always sounded so good.Everything was so personal and the updates on the app were so valuable to see how well he was cared for and how happy he was. He loved all the staff and we were really sad to say goodbye.”

“Really lovely little place I'd never have known about because of roadworks. The area has its problems which are beyond the control of the management. I felt safe and secure with my 3 year old who has some additional needs. Entrance on the the street is open where you need to leave prams, ourskey because 4th whole place is upstairs. The reviews that complain about this are a little unfair. It's quite obvious on arrival. Staff were really welcoming and showed us to secure lockers which are free and save you leaving bags around. Plenty of variety for toddlers. We've been large nationals that do a similar setup but for a small local business this is just fine. Didn't have time to try the cafe but all looked to be pretty good. Very accommodating right away without me having to explain too much. Card payments accepted. Only £5 for a couple hours. We stayed around 45 minutes but only due to our little ones personal preferences, I expect most kids would happily run about here all day. The reviews regarding cleanliness are bit off too. It's an active play area, I had no issues at all. Paid parking 40 yards away, road works a bit of mess as at July 2024 but hopefully doesn't discourage people. 10 mins walk from bus station and trains. We'll done management, keep up the good work and thank you to those who welcomed us today. All the best”

“Our Daughter started at Small Steps Lang Lane over a month ago now and she has had the best care imaginable. She is in the baby room and she is absolutely thriving. We get regular updates through the daily diary and the app with photos of the engaging activities she is taking part in. The nursery follows the curiosity approach, and our daughter is making great progress with all of the characteristics of effective learning. The nurturing and home-from-home environment is exactly what we were looking for, and the love our daughter has for Lynsey (her key worker) is evident. We are all looking forward to watching her grow and go through the different rooms!”
