“We were taken to Paul’s garage by the RAC after a clutch malfunction coming off the Belfast ferry. Upon arrival Paul was 100% straight with me telling me parts had to be ordered in and would not arrive for a couple of hours. As soon as parts arrived, they were fitted but unbeknown to anybody, there were more serious problems. Paul was not to know this until new parts were fitted and could not have been more decent with us, he arranged for the RAC to recover my vehicle to Ireland and onwards for repairs at a garage beside me at home under a warranty claim. He explained the whole process to me and said that he could do the work but that I would be better getting it done in Ireland as this would make the warranty claim easier for me. He could just as easily have repaired said nothing and charged me a fortune, but he does not work like that, he is all about customer care.He is a totally genuine man who helped us immensely. I am diagnosed with Dementia for 4 years and when I was panicking and flustered, Paul took over and handled everything magnificently. He even took me to a car rental place which took him over an hour out of a very busy work schedule. We could not have been looked after better, if you want to deal with a real honest genuine friendly character who listens, explains and does a fantastic job, Get yourself to this garage and receive true solid GENUINE 5STAR SERVICE WITH HONESTY from a man who is more than a mechanic, he is a really wonderful helpful man!!!! “Had a motorbike seat renovated here. Previous owner had had the seat lowered and taken out nearly all the foam, could feel the plastic of seat through it, material was a poor fit and coming away. Jimmy refilled the foam and recovered the seat with new material, added nice stitching to match the bike colour . He did a fantastic job, couldn't be more pleased. I called Ben and he answered straight away and said he could come out to have a look at the problem that day. Ben disconnected the boiler to make it safe and said he’d try and work things around to fit us in quickly to replace the old burned out boiler. The next day his colleague Will came round and fitted the new boiler and we were back up and running. Super responsive, friendly and tidy service. Thank you”
