My thirst was unimaginable, however the bar staff used their arcane knowledge developed over decades of research to help me quench my hefty thirst. “I can't believe this is only a 2 star rated hotel. The room I stayed in was superb, great decor and clean. I didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities, but walked through this area to the check-in desk. Judging by what I saw I would have no problem dining or drinking at this hotel. Service at check-in was good, no problems. There is an area to the right of the hotel with ample car parking.”

“Brilliant experience. Came for the Sunday all you can eat buffet. The food was absolutely beautiful. Really good quality food that was fresh, infact it was noticeable the effort that the staff went to in keeping a constant supply of fresh food and going above and beyond for the customers. “After staying at a Britannia Hotel before and being disappointed I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable. The evening meal was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent some time in the enclosed garden, shielded from the elements. Breakfast was also enjoyable, staff being very helpful and friendly despite obviously being very busy. We only had an overnight stay, but we were made very welcome.”
