The gym is clean and tidy, you never have to wait and there's a big variety of equipment. Changing rooms are also well maintained. “The food here comes highly recommended so we had a group afternoon tea on Sunday and it was excellent. A beautiful vegetable tart (not a tartlet!!!) with side salad followed by a good range of well-filled sandwiches (beef, ham, chicken, cheese & egg). Then mini Victoria sandwiches, scones with jam&cream and a tray of bite-sized mini cakes. I recommend you miss lunch when you try this!”

“Me and my daughter went to this swimming pool today. We usually go to the west kirby pool and this is so much better. Very warm pool and we had a blast. My only issue was the shower situation in the change village. This seems to be the same in every swimming pool where you can take children. There is never enough of the private showers and there were some form of insects everywhere (I believe to be some kind of mite) but this is a small issue when the rest of the experience was so good. Staff were excellent also.”
