I'm always very pleased with the presentation, everyone I buy them for always comment on how beautifully wrapped they are - mainly because they're not ingrates, but also because it's true. I typically phone ahead to arrange for pick-up on the day, they always have my flowers ready on-time and the staff are friendly. I actually never write reviews on shopping sites etc. but after seeing a 1 star review of my local florist which didn't reflect my experience in the slightest, I felt the urge to share.
