Every time he’s been a legend, trying his best to fit us into his busy schedule and always going the extra mile to ensure our needs are met and our tenants are not let down. When he changed the boiler for us, he took time after the job was done to FaceTime the tenant, who had not been present at the installation, to explain to them how the boiler works. His 5 star reviews are totally genuine- I was more than happy with Chris’s efficiency over WhatsApp, would respond late at night and was very efficient on the day of repairs and a boiler service.
