His 5 star reviews are totally genuine- I was more than happy with Chris’s efficiency over WhatsApp, would respond late at night and was very efficient on the day of repairs and a boiler service. Expected him to be around all day but he worked so quickly he was no longer than an hour or two. Have already told my neighbours about him and they’re in the process of reaching out to him as well. If you want someone reliable and efficient, here he is!”

“I would highly recommend using C J Charles Ltd. Not only are they quick and efficient, they also saved us a small fortune on hiring scaffolding when replacing our boiler. They came out and undertook a full survey for the quote and carried out the works in less than a week from us accepting the quote! The installation team were very polite and friendly and left no mess in our house, everything was tidied as they went. We can't thank the team enough for working quickly and efficiently around our house with minimal disruption. “Had a clutch/gearbox issue occurring with my a car and took it to a different garage before going to lucas who then told me to take it to the same garage but on the side of Chester which i wasn't comfortable taking it there considering the issues i had. Went back home, researched managed to discover Lucas garage which can deal with the issues i had plus more closer to home. Phoned them and they managed to get the car in with short notice, told me what the problem was and they managed to fix the issues i had. As it happened there weren't enough handles available but even then the staff were searching other stores to see if they could help further. Brightened my day.
