“Would have give 10 if I could, was actually working in the surgery, when I had a tightness in my chest, thought it might have been heartburn or indigestion so I asked the doctor for advice, he examined me and advised I go to a and e straight away, the best advice I have ever been given. After been triaged and assessed I had a heart rate of 160 beats per minute, I am still in hospital. All because of the doctors advice he has possibly saved my life.”

“All the team were fantastic on my first visit. I’d been waiting for an NHS referral for over 6 months. Got to the point where I had an abscess and needed things sorting out quickly. Phoned on the Friday, consultation on the Monday, extractions of difficult teeth the following week. The oral surgeon who dealt with me, Kate, was fantastic.
