“I have a very special occasion coming up that me and my mum needed a formal outfit for. After finding my perfect event dress in the Quiz store in Manchester Arndale we travelled to the Warrington Store to see if they had a dress my mum was interested in. Not only were we welcomed with friendly and helpful service from Lisa, she went out of her way to find the specific dress in the back and got it for my mum to try. Candice helped find the perfect accessories for my mums outfit which made her feel very confident. Lisa and Candice were so kind and helpful they are a credit to the Quiz team and showcased what excellent customer service looks like. The lady who helped me in the Manchester arndale store is also managed by Lisa as she also went out of her way to look for a specific dress for me in the back. We both left very happy with our dresses and accessories, thank you both again for all your help!”
