“I hope I’m remembering her name correctly ! I believe it was Fiona from the bobbi brown counter. She is incredible. I came in looking for Charlotte tilbury but glad I left having bought the bobbi brown foundation for dry skin. Can confirm I’ve just done a 10 hour shift wearing this foundation that I bought this morning, and it’s hasn’t budged ! Most foundations only showcase and highlight my dry skin and texture more, but this foundation is perfect, as Fiona reassured me it was. It’s incredibly hydrating. Fiona is amazing, she really took the time to make sure the foundation was the right shade for me and that it worked for my dry skin. She even recommended a primer, too. I hope someone from the team sees this and gives her a massive round of applause, she was a dream! - Sophie :) xx”

Every time we visit the store, he goes out of his way to make sure we find exactly what we need. His knowledge about different cuts of meat and cooking advice is truly impressive. “Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”

“Bluebell catered for my son's birthday party and it was very reasonable and lovely food and the kids all enjoyed it, good variety with sandwiches, fruit, pizza etc. The chocolate spread sandwiches were a definite hit!”
