“My little girl is in year 3 primary, she was so behind in maths and really lacking confidence and dreading the lesson at school. She has been attending 6 months now, once a week, she looks forward to going as it is a relaxed friendly environment with nice children and loves the snacks/drinks and working towards getting Kip points and little prizes. Maths is now her favourite subject at school. Teachers at school have noticed a difference her confidence has shot up, she now actually put her hand up to answer questions in maths. I cried watching her do her homework she has improved that much. Worth every penny in my eyes”

“I'm a year 13 student who joined a few months ago. Francesca is such a caring and supportive tutor. She has a clear plan on how to cover all the A-level biology content before the exams. I find her lessons very useful as she gives me practical tips on how to approach exam questions and explains the content clearly. Additionally, we go through many exam questions during our lessons. Highly recommended!”

“Janet is an excellent maths tutor. My daughter was struggling with poor test scores and this led to her feeling a failure at maths. I contacted Janet on a friend’s recommendation and soon enough she began to improve and believe that actually, she was quite good at maths. After 12 months of tutoring, we are now at a point, where we can ease off the weekly sessions but, I will still be calling on Janet in the run up to assessments to iron out those weak spots. Janet supports the weekly session with homework which highlights areas needing more work. Janet is always encouraging and provides a safe space for children to have a go. The staff are very lovely and there is lots of space for play, both inside (including a little softplay area) and outdoors. “Both of my children attend Auckland College. Staff are very approachable, pupils are polite and well mannered. Auckland College encourages children to have a thirst for learning, which is complemented 4 days a week with homework club. 51 weeks breakfast and after school/holiday club helps take the stress away on a daily basis. If you’re a parent with a busy life and would like your children to have a solid academic foundation, Auckland College should be your go to.”

“Visited for the first time on a Wednesday, which is burger night, so obviously had to have a couple burgers! Very tasty on the whole, although the ratios of sauce to burger could definitely be worked on - one had a bit too much and the other needed lots more! Definitely recommend the PBJ time burger if you fancy something a bit different (and don't have a nut allergy). Shared some churros for dessert and these were very good. The atmosphere was also lovely, nice touch having board games and cards available. The real highlight was the friendly staff though, really made us feel welcome and made the night special.”
