“On our arrival we were greeted with a warm welcoming smile. We were asked if we needed assistance or did we want to look around by ourselves. We were shown bed that helps you choose the right bed for you, which we enjoyed using. After using it we decided to look around by ourselves. Lindsey said if we require any help just let her know and then left us alone so we could look around by ourselves. The staff are always in sight but did not follow us around. Eventually we needed help and found Lyndsey. She spent time with us explaining everything and answered all our questions. She was professional, charming and was determined to make sure our wants and concerns were met. We left feeling happy about our time in Dreams and felt we got a top notch sales assistant in Lindsey.”

“Could not recommend The Gents Lounge any more! As I have curly hair, I have had a few shocking hair cuts in my time! That all changed when I found Ashley (owner of The Gents Lounge) She literally transformed my hair! Not only does she give an amazing hair cut but she also trims and styles my beard to perfection. To add to all of the above the salon environment is really warm, welcoming and friendly, your always guaranteed to be greeted with a smile by all the staff here. No matter how busy the barbers is you always get offered a drink while waiting & when it’s your turn in the chair you get their undivided attention. The staff are incredibly helpful and engaged, going over and above to make sure you get the right shoes for you. Recently, I took my four-year-old son, Teddy, in to get school shoes. The shop was really busy, as it was the end of summer with lots of children in. Despite the hustle, Danny greeted us warmly and made us feel special. She quickly asked Tayla to serve us, and Tayla immediately measured Teddy, even though the shop was full. Tayla was so kind and friendly, hyping Teddy up while he tried on shoes. She really helped him choose a pair that he absolutely loves! It’s a great store to pop into, with a lovely team and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend”
