“Boy o boy. I like to leave my honest review and here is another one. I was planning to travel atleast 5 miles to get my hair & beard done but I am happy I found this shop. They say first impression is the last impression... and that is exactly what Mr. Muhammad (MO) left on me. A professionally dressed gentleman welcomes me, communicates with me and gets the understanding of what I am looking for. He was calm and reminded me during the haircut if I would like to change anything. I was treated like a valuable customer. To whoever this shop belongs to... Mr. Muhammad is an asset to your business. 1-Was this value for money? £17 Hair cut, beard trimmed & complementary hair wash, yes 2-Will I come back? yes 100%”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn in Barking. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and very well prepared – exactly what you’d hope for to start the day right. A special mention to the waiters, Sain and Aaliyah, who gave excellent service throughout. They were attentive, polite, and made sure everything was served perfectly. Their professionalism and friendliness really added to the overall experience. The restaurant itself was very clean, with great attention to detail in both serving and clearing tables, which created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for such a great breakfast experience – I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Just your standard travel lodge. Great room at a very good price. Can’t complain. Only about a 5 minute walk to barking tube station and directly under the Travelodge is a Tesco express so it’s a great location. We stayed here as we went to the 02 arena for a concrete and is about 20 minute tube journey about which is very convenient . We will definitely look to stay here again when going to the o2”

“Big thanks to Matt at the Barking branch who went above and beyond for me today. The system was down so none of my local branches were able to confirm the exact brake calipers I required, after having purchased incorrect ones (even though I used my Reg to verify fitment) he found a way around ECP's technical issue at the time (ie sourcing my vehicles PR code) in order to confirm the exact parts I needed, it was quite urgent as my car was awaiting parts at my local garage on a ramp. Matt was helpful from the outset, whilst waiting for my parts I noticed he had a good rapport with the other customers in branch as well. Make sure you guys at ECP look after him, he's a great asset to the company, quite the opposite to the service at the Bow branch that frequently displays little to no telephone etiquette plus don't alert you when your parts have arrived via click and collect. I'll deffo be purchasing from the Barking branch from here on out!”

“The staff was very appropriate and kind while the place couldn't get any cleaner! The rooms are unfortunately very small and not well equipped for a longer stay but they're very clean and comfortable. The location is unfortunate as there's a busy road next to the place and not many convenience stores around but the metro is only for a 15 minute walk. The area is pretty "diverse", interpret that however you want.”
