They had all the necessary tools and equipment to groom dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I could see that they were experienced in handling different temperaments. My dog looked and smelled amazing after his grooming session, and I could tell that he had enjoyed his time there. I was also given helpful advice on how to maintain his coat between grooming appointments. Overall, I highly recommend this dog grooming place to anyone looking for a professional and caring service for their furry companion. The staff were excellent, and the results were fantastic.”

Once, being poorly, we ordered tissues and other healthcare supplies from them, and they wrote a very kind ‘get well’ on the paper bag, another time, we have left my daughter’s water bottle in one of their trolleys, and they kept it safe for us, they’ve also been helpful if we needed boxes for a school project. Apart from their products always meeting the standards, it’s so important to have a local shop, where you really feel like a valued customer, and it’s all down to their employees.”

“We felt an instant connection to the team at Stars Worcester Park when we first visited and could see that the children were very happy, enjoying learning and playing and also very sociable with each other and us. We had a good feeling and it turned out to be justified! Starting at 11 months, our daughter's transition into nursery went very smoothly. Within a few days, she was happy going and being picked up from nursery and developed strong bonds with a few of the staff. The team are amazing, offering really personalised care for each child. They give us a short update at the end of each day and we love hearing about and seeing photos of all the activities she's been doing, as well as seeing her development progress in her learning journal. It's quite a small nursery with babies and toddlers downstairs and older ones upstairs, and a good area for the outdoor play they do every day. For us, the environment seems just the right mix between structured and stimulating, with a couple of main activities each day as well as opportunities for independent play and learning. Food is provided by Zebedees, freshly made each day with a good variety of different dishes that rotate on a 3-week rotation and a new menu each season. Hours are 7.30am–6.30pm, though we usually drop off and pick up an hour inside those timings. The team have been very good at listening to and responding to our needs and concerns. The staff really care and are always warm and welcoming and all of them, not just her key person, have got to know our daughter well, and we can see she feels comfortable with all of the team.”
