The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! But what's more important is they save me £100's in repair people call out fees by just telling me what I need to do to fix stuff in / outside my house. The store had some amazing displays suited to varied preferences and budgets. Justine was ever so helpful, patient and creative in helping us design our kitchen. We started with a blank canvas and Justine helped us every step of the way, helping us visualise not only different options but gave us practical advice on what may or may not work based on our needs. This is even before we had contracted with them to buy the kitchen - she was fully invested in helping us achieve our ideal kitchen. She was even responsive to my innumerable questions and design ideas while she was on vacation. Once bought, Spiro was closely involved in ensuring the kitchen was delivered within the timeframe agreed and personally visited the site a few times to make sure the fitting was immaculate. Both Justine and Spiro have been super responsive to a couple of minor snags we faced (even one year down the line). “Superb service. I had an unexpected last minute trip to Saudi Arabia and wanted to get an Abaya fast. I called at 9pm, got an immediate answer from the very helpful owner. I shared my size and preferences, and was able to pick up two perfect abayas - very good quality, very reasonably priced the next morning, before flying. Brilliant, and very grateful for the flexibility, because I know this wasn't normal service - Thank you!”

“The most honest and hardworking staff that I have ever come across. Though I did not have an appointment and this person (I am sorry I do not know his name) was having lunch, he happily came out to test my battery. And he did not charge me a penny for it and did it with a smile! What a gem of a person. Though he was having lunch, he spent a good 15 minutes explaining to me the intricacies of car batteries. He is highly recommended as he seems to be a subject matter expert. Hats off to him!!”
