“Anita is amazing ! I had my Persian Cat for 8 years and I had him groomed regularly. Last week was his first time with Anita. It was the least stressful time ever and in fact it was the first time that I actually stayed with him while he was being groomed. It was a real learning and educational experience, Anita was so gentle and loving and genuinely caring. She taught me so much and gave me so many tips on how to care for his specific needs and well being. She arrived to my house on time and was so warm and friendly. “3 years old boiler was off for 6 months and it would not turn on anymore. At the first visit the engineer after a few tests understood the pump was jammed. We agreed I was going to buy a new one and he was going to fit it when I got the new piece. A few days later the engineer was back at my place to fit it and the boiler has been working properly since. The engineer was flexible with the hours (he came at 8pm the first time and left at 9:30pm), he was honest and most of all the price was fair. I would definitely reccomend him.”
