They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

“Anastas from Service Master Kingston arrived right on time and even phoned ahead to confirm. I left him to work unsupervised, and he did an excellent job throughout. He managed to remove small marks from the carpets that I thought were permanent, even though they were just normal wear and tear. He moved furniture carefully and placed mats beneath items to prevent any moisture damage. The carpets now look like new! Denise in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and made everything very straightforward. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, a landing, and two flights of stairs are now spotless. These guys fitted me in about an hour after I called them, for a spot half hour before they closed on a Thursday afternoon which was a really nice touch! Then brought me to have a look and showed me what everything was. They clearly explained things and cause of the noise. Even came on a test drive with me to check as well! And no charge! Brilliant.”

“Very nice Thai food in a slightly quieter street in Kingston. We were the first people in on a Saturday evening, so the service was very prompt and friendly. We ordered Pad Thai, Grilled Chicken and plain Jasmine Rice — along with a Tiger Lager and some Jasmine Tea. Pad Thai was very nice, with not much spice, and they did give you the option to add heat with chilli flakes which were on the side of the plate. The grilled chicken had lovely flavour with nice crispy bits of skin, but the salad was fairly spicy. Definitely recommend if you're into Thai or other Asian cuisines.”

“I went to this place in July to try on a shirt and I was served by a horrible woman, I think she was the manager from what I gathered as she was talking down to her colleagues etc. I was asking about the returns policy because I wanted to see how it would like with my suit at home and she said I couldn’t return it? So I left the shirt and she was so rude about it, to the point where she started ignoring me! then thought ahhh I won’t go back there again but then gave it another try on Friday just gone as I was in a last minute panic so it was my last resort and Martin was a godsend, he was so accommodating, he essentially created a fashion montage for me and my two friends which really made the whole experience so fun! He could see I was struggling with making a decision and kept the store open for a bit longer just so I didn’t feel under pressure. I think all stores need a Martin, he turned a negative experience into such a positive one! Managed to get my tux in time, the store managed to send it for alterations and get it back to us a day earlier than expected!”

“Rooms are spacious for two! - At no extra cost! Friendliest Staff available on hand! Kitchen is a bit small for people who like cooking a lot. Right next to Kingston Station and Cromwell Bus station, easiest way to access other places from by walking for 30 seconds either side of the exit. Overall a great student accommodation with access to a common room, washer room and a bike storage room for any extra needs!”
