Everyone is friendly and helpful, Nigel is very experienced and we never had any issues with getting last minute appointments etc. We now take our dog there and very happy with the service. “Rusty absolutely loves his walks with Steph, Sarah and Chloe. He is quite an anxious dog but when he gets picked up he doesn’t even give me a second look before dragging Steph to the car. The team always send me pictures of him on his walks and his smile tells me how happy he is.”

“ASR got back to me really quickly regarding my carpets after an early morning text. Cleaned them within a couple of days of enquiry. Although all the stains didn't come out due to the age and condition of the carpet and 10 years of dogs and teenagers (no one could have removed these stains) the whole upper of the house looked so much cleaner and fresher and ready for me to refurbish. Excellent communication throughout and very trustworthy (left in house on his own for duration of job). Would use again and would recommend.”

We used her for funerals and more recently We ordered bridal bouquet button holes and bridesmaids and then added table decorations & flowers for the cake too. Nothing was too much trouble from choosing flowers and Natalie recommended which flowers worked together. When delivering was scheduled she kept us informed and added some personal touches to keep the flowers looking fresh throughout the day and evening. The wet shave they offer is also very relaxing and the blade they use is sharp enough to cut through all that hair (I went with a clean shave and I dont think I saw a strand of hair left!)
