“I have been using Active Pet for the last 4 years both with my Labrador Retriever and Coonhound Cross, both of whom have had complex joint issues. Phillipa has been amazing and has made a huge positive impact on their quality of life in their later years. They are always happy to arrive and trot in for what we refer to as ‘spa day’. I would highly recommend her. Treatments have included hydrotherapy and laser therapy and a little incentivised homework of course.”

“This is quite a cute little pet shop. It has quite a reasonable range despite its size. The woman behind the till has been friendly when I've been in. The products seem good, though often I'm just there to get compostable poo bags for my dog”

“I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. To my relief, they called us back as soon as they opened. When we arrived at the clinic, Stefano greeted us with warmth and understanding, which immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly gave my dog an injection to relieve his pain and took the time to explain the treatment plan, reassuring me that he was in good hands. The next morning, my dog was scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. It was difficult to leave him at the clinic overnight, but I knew he was getting the best possible care. When I returned to pick him up in the evening, I was overjoyed to see him happy and playful, albeit slightly tired from the sedation. Martina thoroughly explained each medication and provided helpful leaflets for at-home care, which increased my peace of mind. I am sincerely grateful for everyone's compassion and professionalism at Ctvet. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pets and wants them to receive the best possible care.”

“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Theresa and Simon are passionate about the care they provide. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable during his stay. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the pens are spacious, giving the cats plenty of room to relax. My cat had a lovely time exploring and resting in his cosy pen. I especially appreciated the large garden area with a beautiful view—what a peaceful setting for the cats to enjoy! Located in a quiet spot, the cattery offers a serene and calm atmosphere, which is perfect for pets who need some downtime. “Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

I feel extremely comfortable with Archie going for walks and trust the team fully. They are very flexible and support my busy and changing schedule Ricardo, Silvana and team helped me to train Archie from when he was a puppy and continually provide me with help and tips to top up his training or manage specific issues. They are incredibly knowledgable in training both dogs and owners - I cannot thank them enough. If i could provide more than 5 stars I would!”

“Always so far been a good service and spot on with everything from start to finish. Generally sale goods that are well price matched with others to be one of the better places to get realistic value for money. Never found anything priced bumped for making money from unsuspecting customers. Lastly there is fairly easy navigation with the website. I do however personally slightly struggle with finding the subscription part of it easily when needing to amend delivery times but likely that's more a me issue with technology in general rather than a negative for viovets website. For clarification I have been using viovet now for at least 3 or 4 years regularly”
