“Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

They have looked after our cat, Boy, so diligently and with expertise and care for the past few years, through a range of health issues. We recently had to have Boy put to sleep at the ripe old age of nearly 18, and everyone at the clinic, from Mandy on reception through to the incredible vets, Anders and Nicola (and everyone else there too) were so considerate and professional. “I have held a lifetime insurance policy for my dog Alfie for just over 2 years. Alfie has been fit and healthy, so I have not needed to contact Petplan until a few weeks ago when he was attacked by a dog. His treatment required sedation, stitches and hospital care. My vet submitted a claim on my behalf which was paid by Petplan on the same day that the claim was submitted. This is fantastic service and I would like to say a big thank you to the Petplan team.”

“My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! I booked as someone I knew recommended Spoilt Rotten and now I will also be recommending to anyone in need of a groomers :)”

“The people at Inu & Nini are dedicated to the happiness and wellbeing of the dogs they look after. Our spaniel Monty is a rescue and was terrified when he started going there; but, with lots of patience, encouragement, love and treats (!) the care he receives has helped him to become a confident and happy dog!! I can’t recommend them enough.”

“I needed a lot of things for a new dog, so I did a quick search of "pet shops near me" and Waggles came up (Chatterton Road and West Wickham High Street). CR was closest, plenty of parking outside (pay by app or phone). Inside the shop was all sorts of things for cats, dogs and other animals. I bought a ball, biscuits, harness, lead, treats and even some doggie ice cream. The shop assistant was very helpful. If youv'e got a pet, you will definitely find most things that you need here.”

I was looking for food to transition into for the future for my cocker spaniel and Katie was really helpful in providing information around the different brands and suggesting appropriate food. “Superb experience very knowledgeable and patient as I was in the market for a snake and Adam took the time to show me the stock one by one to pinpoint the specific traits I was after. The whole process was smooth and I wasn't pressured into a sale Adam was very thorough in terms of explaining how to keep & care for the snake & making sure it was right for me. Now I arrived 1 hour before closing time & Adam stayed after hours to build my vivarium and help with anything I possibly needed. Although I was in the market for a snake they have an abundance of other reptiles which are well looked after and it shows! Long & short of my experience is, these guys are top notch in this business & now I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than these guys as you can see it's more than just a business but also a passion and love for these animals.”
