“Amazing experience all round! The team are extremely kind and caring and I fully trust them around my precious malshi, Daisy. Daycare is at perfect hours and whenever I drop Daisy off I know she will be in good hands. They are walked in the park and fed when needed and are given lots of time for play and naps. There are also lots of great photo updates sent throughout the day which puts a smile of my face. Can't say one bad thing about them as they are so perfect! They also accomodate to all dogs no matter what size or age, and the centre is also clean and organised. I can't wait to try out one of their doggie holidays as I know Daisy will have an amazing time making new doggie friends! Highly recommend Posh Pups!!”

I initially enquired online and was quickly contacted by Sharon, who followed up with a phone call and arranged a tour. I suffer with excruciating pain and often find gyms intimidating, but Sharon’s kind and genuine nature instantly put me at ease. At one point, I became tearful during our conversation, and she didn’t just brush it off — she listened, handed me a tissue, and gave me a reassuring hug. There was never any pressure to join; instead, I felt supported and understood. That made all the difference. Since signing up, I’ve been attending regularly, and the atmosphere continues to be welcoming. Becca, another member of staff, always greets members with a big smile and even remembers names — such a simple but meaningful touch that makes you feel valued. Both Sharon and Becca are a true credit to the Centre. I’ve already recommended Loughton Leisure Centre to friends and family so they too can experience the top-class service and supportive environment. Since joining, my pain has become more manageable, and I genuinely look forward to coming in. Arriving at Retrouve, I spotted the dream print but it was on a kaftan style dress and the wedding was black tie... This is where Retrouve are truly magical. I was told that I could have this altered in-house - tweaking the fit and closing some of the openings to make it more formal. This is the half of it - the attention to detail, thought to individualisation and a real of eye for style that was given to the dress was above and beyond anything I have experienced in either Vintage fashion or bespoke tailoring. I could not recommend Retrouve more. I will be buying my event wear exclusively from Retrouve in the future.”
