“Just to understand this review, it is for Hygienist Oormila and her nurse Janari. Isn't for the entire dental clinic. Finally, she is a hygienist who pays attention to her job. Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. The receptionist was nice and the Vet was brilliant and very sympathetic. She made my family feel included, gave us time with him both during and the after he went to sleep. “I attended my appointment today at keik fit Dartford they were very busy non stop phone ringing customers dropping keys off The staff were not stressed at all they took my keys asked me to take a seat as I was waiting the mechanic collected my keys and straight on to the job. Staff very friendly especially the manager Jason and engineer Lewis so professional .They honestly did not stop all the staff were busy busy. Also great air con in reception area . “Really lovely guys who helped my husband and I out of a disastrous situation where we were both extremely stressed and upset following our own mistakes! They were speedy, supportive and installed a reconditioned engine, fixed various elements and serviced our car - it genuinely runs like new. Their warranty is great and we have just had the 500 mile oil and filter change and the chaps are happy with the way things are going. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They were really supportive in what was a very distressing time and we have managed to have our much loved family car salvaged. Don’t look anywhere else, these guys are brilliant and great value.”

“I believe if you have all the documents in place and have booked your spot then the crew in any NSL site is obligated to issue you the licence unless and until you ask for something which is not in their capacity to give, I went there on 25th Oct 18, my car was Euro 6 specs but I did not have a letter or certificate from Manufacturer. The supervisor told me about it and he cant issue my the licence and advised my what to do. I came back with the Euro 6 Compliant Letter from Manufacturer and my licence was issued straight away. I didn't observe any bad customer service or any disrespectful behaviour. They were just doing their job as it should be dome. I am though little generous by giving five star but i do believe they deserved better than 4 stars that's why I gave 5 starts. I was happy with their overall service”

“I had Georgia for my third treatment, she was very kind and friendly and instantly made me feel welcome. I like to chat during my sessions and she created a really comfortable environment. I noticed she even slid in and out of the doorway careful to keep the door shut as much as possible for my privacy even though there was no one sat outside. It really made me feel like it was a safe and calming place to be. She also offered to book in my next sessions but wasn’t pushy when I said I wanted to wait until payday- I really appreciated that and will definitely remember her excellent customer service!”
