“I’ve been coming to Underground for about 10 years and have had 15 of my 19 piercings done with them and I’m impressed each and every time. I had my conch and septum done with Salwa today - I asked for a suggestion on what ear piercing to get and she was super helpful and made the perfect choice. Despite getting two painful piercings her technique was probably the best I’ve had - I felt the conch pain for about a second and the septum pain for a split second. Aftercare instructions were clear as always. A super easy, quick, and efficient process overall!”

“Lovely, well maintained little rescue for local animals. You can have a drink and a snack in the entrance and then visit the animals. Great activity for small children and adults spending time together. You can also combine the visit to the rescue with a hike in Trent Park. The entrance fee goes to the rescue charity.”

“Me and my girlfriend spent 5 years figuring out which parrot would be best for us. We ended up buying a ringneck privately and it turned out to be a nightmare. He loved me but hated our kids and my girlfriend was petrified of him.. After visiting another well known bird breeders and not having a very welcoming experience we decided to phone Enfield bird centre and was really happy with the way we talked on the phone so we decided to visit the shop. We arrived and was instantly greeted by 2 of the workers there, really kind guys and very easy to talk to, one of the lads showed us all around the shop, told us which birds where best around children and which birds where abit nippy, Me and my girlfriend fell in love with 2 latino galah cockatoos and really couldn't decide which one to go for, at this point we had to leave the shop to back home and get our kids from school.. After some talks with the manager, he agreed to re open the shop for us so we could bring our 4 children down to meet the brother and sister. We arrived again in the evening to meet Trevor and he was great, we went to the big walk in cage and spent time with both birds figuring out which one would chose our family, Our cockatoo Rosie chose us.. Shes amazing and really is a silly tame family bird.. I would recommend anyone to Trevor at the Enfield bird centre. The service we received was above and beyond. Very informative and friendly, easy to talk with, staff are very laid back and kind. We will be visiting the shop again in the future.. Thankyou everyone at The Enfield Bird centre. “Aksular in Enfield Town is a fantastic spot for delicious Turkish cuisine. The food is always fresh and flavorful, with generous portions that offer great value for money. The mixed grill and mezzes are particularly outstanding, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. “Just ordered 2 margherita pizzas and tiramisu for 2, the pizza was very nice however they’ve put both tiramisu’s in 1 container on top of each other, the bottom one is so obvious that was ruined way before the trip its all mushy and you cant even see the shape of it, this isnt the level of service I would expect as these are not free and not cheap, would never buy online from here ever again. UPDATE:28.09.25- I was contacted by the manager from the enfield branch who was very apologetic and offered a £20 voucher to dine in any of the prezzo restaurants, thank you for contacting me and looking into this!”

“Had their Pizza and it was amazing. I cannot be more happy pizza was fresh they have halal pepperoni options and very reasonably priced £9 for a 13” pizza. Toppings were great lots of surprises but all good. Will definitely be heading back. Definitely worth a visit”

“I am 60 and currently employed in Legal Services by Enfield Council and for the last couple of months have stayed over 2 days a week. I live in south Manchester and there are numerous local pubs but none as good as The Kings Head. The staff are incredible as is the Landlady and could not have been more friendly and the locals are the same. Quite simply one of the finest public houses I have ever been to and I have certainly been to many this last 42 years or so all around the country.”

After running with the Sunday group, I engaged Clare for some 1:1 coaching to tidy up my instruction calls for when I'm running with our rescue dog. What can I say but within 24 hours of our coaching session, my instructions are streamlined and I have a really attentive dog who is working harder than ever to hit his markers, making me one happy runner and him feel like the winner he is! Clare is warm, personable, direct and really takes the time to observe you and your dog in action, whilst ensuring she is hearing exactly what you want to achieve. She is a delight to be around and I would highly recommend the social Sunday run too.”
