“Great company to deal with. My car was damaged when a car I was going past opened their door. Took off the wing mirror, damaged the front and rear passenger doors and took off the door handle. Spoke to my insurer (Admiral) who advised this was their authorised repair local to me. Accident was on Thursday 1pm and insurance informed within 15mins. Fix Auto called Friday morning to ask for photos to check extent of damage and communicate with the insurance company. Monday morning got a call and car was booked in for collection or delivery on Wednesday. As they open at 07:30 meant I could drop off on my way to work. Quickly turned around on collection and got a nearly brand new courtesy car. I estimated it would take 4 days to fix and got a call on Monday afternoon to collect. Damage was invisible, car immaculate - was cleaner than when I bought this car second hand from a dealer who had done full deep clean. Even the boot was spotless and got all the cat fur off, from our cat who goes on holiday with us! From contact to get photos to collecting the car took under 10 days and under 5 days (4 if discount Sunday) for the repair. Amazing work ethic, super friendly staff, amazing communication - each call if missed was followed by a text to say what they called about, rapid phone responses. So glad Admiral use them and wouldn't hesitate to use them as a private customer.”

“Paul is your guy for a DSG gearbox. I have my Golf DSG diagnosed and have the Dual clutches replace with London Automatics. Price is reasonable. Paul is straight to the point and responsive throughout the process with photos and video during our conversation. He will make you feel that replace a gearbox (or part of it) is like replacing a brakepads or any other part. Car part has their own age. Also responsible with any issue arise. Thanks Paul.”

I cannot say , that it was a 'complicated surgery ' - but they did just that what I needed - just under the amount of time that I wished - with the fee that just was reasonable - which makes it 5 stars overall. “I have been with Autoaid Breakdown since 2018 after seeing a very good promotional offer of 15 months for the price of 12 months. I have been a member of AA, RAC, Greenflag and others since I started driving in 1997. Each one has let me down once or twice which is bad enough but they also keep increasing their prices! I needed assistance recently and Autoaid were absolutely fabulous from start to finish! I was kept updated on the progress of the recovery vehicle ETA and when they arrived (bang on time), the lad was very helpful, kept me informed about what was going on and was polite, friendly and professional! I look forward to renewing and by the way, this year I actually paid £5 less than last year!”

“I asked BodyTeq to spray and fit a grey bumper for my red Mazda 3, and I was blown away by the result. You could never tell that the bumper was originally from a grey Mazda and the colour match to the rest of the car was incredible. The new bumper looked even better than the original! As the paintwork is a 3 stage pearl, it is even more impressive that they were able to get such a great match. Zak, who looked after my car was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and went above and beyond for the repairs on my car and was able to look at other things I was concerned about such as the breaks. He talked me throughly through the repair process and what steps it would involve so I knew exactly what I would be paying for. As the bumper I bought from eBay wasn’t the exact match for the car, it took more time than I expected because they had to deal unexpected problems such as having to rewire the fog lights. The time taken was not an issue in the end considering the amazing result. I was informed that this workshop does a lot of insurance work, so you can be reassured that all the products used are of the highest quality. They really do not cut corners here!”
