Trust me when I say my car was extremily dirty, especially the inside. But Dimi went above and beyond and every single little detail has been taken care of. I requested a service by emailing the team and despite the holiday period they came back to me quickly. We were able to arrange a service within a few days and they couldn’t have been more helpful, agreeing to collect and drop off the car. On the day, communication was excellent, informing of time for pick up and then when additional work was offered. The car was back with me, cleaned and valeted by 1pm. I was able to pay on delivery and the service detail was fully documented. I would recommend Star-Tec to anyone with a Mercedes. Great customer service with a smile. Much more accommodating and good value for money compared with Mercedes dealership servicing. I’ll definitely be a returning customer to this company.”
