“Arrived as agreed to do our yearly Coachman service. Carried out the service as requested and checked things that we had concerns with. Also popped back three days later to recheck the torque on the wheels once we had done the specified mileage . Can’t fault at all would recommend. A really nice guy who went out of his way to help us out. A bonus for us as he has just moved locally to us. Rebooked for next year.”

“I was saddened to read some of the reviews which reflected an experience greatly different to my own. Firstly I had an urgent need for the air conditioning in my car to be regassed. It worked but took a long time before it started to cool but even then it wasn’t as cold as I would have liked. I booked online and got an appointment in less than 24 hours. The staff were polite and helpful and had a great sense of humour. It was completed in the specified time and I received a courtesy call to say my car was ready for collection. The following day I had to do a 200 mile drive and couldn’t believe what a difference it made. It came on virtually instantaneously and provided a far cooler car than I had previously experienced. As well as it being regassed I paid extra for a clean which did give off quite a strong smell but this was gone within a day. All in all a timely and uncomplicated service and I will certainly use them again.”
