As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. After going to 4 garages (one who tried fixing by replacing some sensors and then referring me to an auto electrician that said theres nothing wrong with my electrics, and then seeing someone else who diagnosed and dissappeard and another garage that eneded up calling me saying i need to go to mercedes) I took a friend's referral to trust this garage and they have fixed my car!
