“I spent 3 nights when I came to settle my daughter at the University of Surrey. It’s located in a calm area that can be easily reached by car. Its private car park in front of the property can accommodate 8-10 cars. It has a beautiful garden to enjoy in a sunny day, even to work remotely with the internet available. Nothing to complain about in the room, all tidy and clean, with a comfortable bed. A nice breakfast was included in the price when I booked directly after checking it on the booking sites.”

“Debbie was incredibly helpful at the Guildford branch. Spent a long time going through itinerary ideas, was extremely patient and made fantastic recommendations. We recently came back from travelling around Bali for 3 weeks and we had the most incredible time and we are so grateful to Debbie for her perfect planning. Debbie, thank you SO much, you made it a trip of a lifetime and we will definitely be back to see you in the new year to book our next trip! We were also very impressed with the whole team, any time I called in they were all extremely helpful and informative and just lovely people! “I stayed last night for a business trip. Considering this was one of the more affordable hotels, I was impressed by The Mandolay. Great rooms. Attentive staff and great bar / dining area. Only small critique was the showers aren't the largest, but no issues whilst I was there.”

“Rooms were great. No one on Reception a couple of times when we needed help, key card wouldn't let one of us access our room. Quickly resolved when receptionist appeared. Beefeater next door - we had poor service one evening, very slow service by a sullen, unfriendly even rude waitress. Everyone else was friendly, we were just unlucky. We had a show to get to, we did it by skin of our teeth despite having 1 hour 20 minutes to eat. Had to fetch our own menus at one point to try and hurry things up a bit. Food was good just let down by our waitress.”

“Stayed here on business and I noticed straight away was the staff were so attentive and very welcoming. Really nice after a long day travelling! Very relaxing bar area lined in tall glass windows with a very creative bookcase. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant did look good. My room was lovely and comfortable. Clean for sure with a bath and shower which was welcome. Definitely somewhere I would stay again not just for the hotel but also the convenience of being able to walk and eat at very close by places.”

“Couldnt ask for a better location within Guildford. Was immediately greeted with a smile and the offer to take my bags. The room was palatial. This is an excellent hotel, perfect for any occasion.”

“So we made a mistake when booking (rather than the 21st to 23rd had booked 20th to 22nd!) and panicked when we arrived about the night that hadnt been booked. The manager put us in the room we had booked and was able to book us into a different room for the following night which we were able to transfer into early in the morning. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is incredible. Special shout out to the pool attendant who let me and my special needs child into the pool close to closing time. We weren't that thrilled with the areas of Guildford we explored, but would return purely for this hotel, fantastic”

“Our cat, Otter recently stayed at the Shima Cat Hotel. The cattery is very clean and it was clear that Andina adores cats and looks after them as if they were her own. When we collected her, Otter was happy and relaxed, and tellingly, settled straight back in at home. Would definitely recommend and will be rebooking next time we go away. Thank you Andina!”

“Booked Hillside Farm Barn for a 2 night stay. Its easy accessible from London but feels like a complete different place! Such a lovely, quiet area and the studio itself is stunning. Personally thought it was larger than expected and everything you need is in there. Nigel and Vicky are very friendly and helpful and staying here had a much more personal touch than any hotel. Planned to venture out on the Saturday but the weather wasn't great so stayed in and binge watched movies instead (the TV has access to netflix, iPlayer, chromecast etc). Can't wait to stay again but for longer as 2 nights flew by!”

“Marie organised an incredible two week trip, travelling around Scandinavia on the train, for us. She listened to our requirements and came up with some wonderful suggestions of her own. The trip was well organised and the hotels she booked for us were of a high standard and easily accessible from the train stations. We all had an amazing time and would definitely not have been able to arrange this without Marie.”

“Excellent service they’re best staff they don’t cheat and do it very well if you want to change the time and day of your trip booked they do for you and also about the prices it’s best price if you’re comparatively with any others company for example lana travel ltd actually it’s rubbish company they do robbing people I did booking with lana travel ltd last month they did robbing me twice just for changing the day for return they told me for seven hundred pound just for change but when I got contact number for Global Travel absolutely they did help me for change my ticket for very cheap price absolutely very good and nice people very friendly and polite and professional staff why I recommend everyone to booking and buy the tickets with Global Travel I love them”

“My fiancé and I started dealing with kuoni for our honeymoon in 2019 and due to covid we had to move a lot of dates and plans around and kuoni were absolutely amazing from the start! Not only were they fantastic with initially helping us design and book the honeymoon of our dreams but when it all went crazy during covid they were so patient and understanding. Once we went back to let them know what we wanted to do we were greeted and served by Samantha who was absolutely out of this world fantastic! All of the staff treated our stay like it was personal to them. The grounds are second to none in beauty. We recently stayed at Pennyhill Park and thought Wotton House was so much better. It's also super dog friendly, which was just awesome. We will definitely be back!”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year! “I don’t like staying at Travelodge, I had no choice to stay in Chertsey. We were greeted my Sameen, she had a friendly smile. It was a check check in, still thinking can’t believe I’m in a travelodge, until I saw the room, the room was spacious and very clean. Actually the hotel was very clean, I could not find a fault with the Chertsey branch. Well done to the hotel staff and specially to Sameen I hope that is the correct name. She changed my mind about travelodge. Best of luck.”
