“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Sahara Grill and wanted to give special mention to Abdur Rahman, who served us. He was very professional and, for a trainee, did an excellent job. He was attentive in a calm, subtle way, checking in on us during the meal and making sure we were comfortable without interrupting the experience. Little thoughtful touches showed his awareness and good service, which really helped us feel relaxed. Food-wise, everything was enjoyable, but the Angus short rib was a standout – absolutely a hit and easily the highlight of the meal. Overall, a very positive experience. Credit to Abdur Rahman and the team.”

“Extremely disappointed with this place. I chose this place based on the good reviews, but everything arrived stone cold. The chips were stale and tasted as if they’d been fried in old oil. The shawarma wraps were also a huge let down, the sauces were so tangy and overpowering that they completely ruined the flavour. Honestly the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. I spent £41 and couldn’t enjoy any part of the meal. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Save your £ don't bother.”

“We went on Wednesday evening, we were greeted with a smile and showed to our table. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, and guide you with the menu. The setting is very nice and parking is easy to find. The food was quite tasty. We got the Calamari, Wings and the Prawn Tempura for starters. For the mains we got the lamb chops, wagyu surf and turf, wagyu sirloin and the wagyu t-bone steak.. and we enjoyed our food. Would I go back there again? YES! Our steaks were amazing and full of flavour,the customer service was amazing, and the overall experience was very personal. So yes, gets a 5 outta 5. Good hidden gem.”

“I was working in this area for a few days not many places to sit and eat unless you want to takeaway. I came across Sky Coffee Lounge it's in between a coffee shop and restaurant. There is a sandwich menu and hot food menu, serving a variety of cold and hot beverages. On the day I visited it was quiet and I was talking to the owner. If you live near here give it a try you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is wonderful, if you're alone bring a book or newspaper, relax so some reading, meet some friends for lunch or if you have a casual date organise to visit this place.”

“Had a nice meal here for my Aunts birthday. It was quite busy but not noisy. The fixed price lunch menu was good value. The a la carte looked a bit pricey! I had the ribs my aunt had the salmon. We were served by the delightful Alissa and really enjoyed the food and the ambience. Recommended.”

“Hands down one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Every single individual item was cooked to perfection. I had the moral mega which consisted of like 8 different types of items and then added nuggets on top - every single item left you wanting more. My wife got the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and I tried it - it was damn good! The atmosphere was very nice, they had a high chair for my infant child, servers were all very polite & well mannered and their toilets were also nice & clean. Already looking to go back!”

“Superlative Ambience atmosphere qnd Genuine Aromatic Thai Food. Everything is 100% tasty and Halal. Service is excellent and Noodles are just right. Prawn need careful cooking not to get chewy and chef was careful. And succulent beef was wow. Amazing. Full Marks.”

“We just celebrated my son's 18th Bday here. We been living in this neighbourhood for over a decade and we never visited the pub as it had a bad reputation but since new management took over and the pub been refurbished it looks truly amazing. Great food menu. Great affordable variety of drinks. The service is impeccable and very friendly staff. My husband is a wheelchair user, the pub has wheelchair access but you got to put the foldable ramp down yourself what didn't bother us as we do that daily at home anyway. Overall a 5* pub very clean and tidy... And they do karaoke on Thursdays aswell. A place I highly recommend.”

“Our favourite afghan restaurant, we’ve order from her many times. Simply just call, place order and collect at time given. Dining in is okay too, nothing extravagant but still decent if you want to enjoy the food and not your surroundings.”

“Well worth it! Food taste delicious and lot of different options on the menu. Food came quick, was fresh and hot. Desi breakfast was good compared to other places and so was the English breakfast. Karak chai was basic but food made up of it. Nice decor and loads of seating upstairs. Overall a brilliant visit.”

“If you crave spice, this is the place to go to! Recently I’ve been let down to a great extent when it comes to spicy food. The Bangladeshi Naga is the world most spiciest natural grown (non modified) spice in the world. A lot of places in east London sell Naga wings... well they claim to anyway. But it seems as though all the places have reduced their spice levels together like it’s been regulated by the government! I’ve never had a spicy pizza and decided to come here as my mates were talking about it, and boy was I satisfied! Their muddy fries was amazing too! Place was clean and customer service was on point too. Just typing this reviews is making my mouth water, which means I will be visiting real soon again!”
