“Lovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.”

“I went into Boots recently and was very happy with the service I received. I went to Boots opticians as I broke my glasses whilst on holiday and needed to order some more. I didn't have an appt but they kindly squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I spoke to Nusrat and she was very helpful and I manged to order my glasses. Also while I was there Vicky checked my order to ensure it was correct. I really appreciated there help and I will soon have my new glasses. Thank you so much Nusrat & Vicky for all your help.”

“Visited the Gucci store at Heathrow Airport recently and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff who were not only professional but incredibly friendly and patient. We were looking to try on a few pairs of trainers, and the team went above and beyond to help us find the right sizes and styles. They never rushed us, even though it was quite a busy time. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made helpful suggestions based on comfort and fit. “My wife and I highly recommend Kate Broome's upholstery services. We got an old suede stool reupholstered in grey faux leather. See the before and after shots. Kate did a fantastic job and charged a reasonable price. Great to avoid landfill and restore a piece of furniture we liked. Kate was also professional, friendly and easy to deal with.”

“I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”

“I've been staying here on work once a month for the last 2 years. It's a consistent, solid premier inn hotel. Staff are lovely. James is a legend. None of the rooms I've been in so far have been haunted.”

“The hotel itself was really nice and clean rooms were spacious and pleasant with complimentary tea and coffee. It also had a fan in the room which was appreciated in this weather. Beds were clean and comfy with good pillows. Breakfast was ok with your standard English breakfast but there was no vegetarian or meat free alternative, so just beens mushrooms and eggs for vegetarian options, with cereal and pastries also on offer. The downside to this hotel was the that it seems to be in a deprived area with police seeming to be on call every other hour. There is an Aldi directly across from the hotel but was fronted by drug addicts and homeless however they didn't seem to cause any issues. So overall, not in the best area but I would stay here again but only as a layover for the night with the very cheap price playing the biggest part in that.”
