“The service at this place was exceptional. Surprisingly a great hotel with decent parking and very close to the airport as well. A special shoutout to Asher, the bartender, whose performance at the bar was brilliant. His upselling techniques were impressive, and his recommendations for food were perfect.”

“We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“Our group stayed here for 4 nights and we have very smooth stay. Maria ( group booking manager) is just awesome as she helps a lot. She make our stay n go behond to help us on every steps. My all group is happy with the stay. Breakfast is nice n staff Ranjita and Dibbya is very good and ready to help us. Jose at front desk is cherry on top and so as bar guy. “We stayed one night with kids.... nice clean hotel with comfy beds ... its like old house accommodation with lots of nice small garden areas with beautiful summer flowers, location suited us a lot. “We have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.”

“Couldn't fault the rooms. Rooms are massive especially the disabled ones... with mum having MS. Staff friendly service and brought mum extra blanket... The one downside the duvets could be alittle more warmer.... Reason for the 2 stars the location. If staying in london for more than a week and no transport its a problem as its right near healthrow airport. But thankfully the coach is within the bungle to london on the hols!”

“I got exactly what I expected. The host was friendly when I arrived (which was close to the cutoff at 11 p.m. because of a flight delay), and he took me to my room. The room and restroom were very neat and clean for the price range, and I would recommend this place to anyone needing an affordable option near Heathrow. “Really cant complain for the price paid. Stayed for 17 nights. Clean and safe place to lay your head. Staff friendly and polite. Most people stay for a day or two, but they have a few long term residents (who were really pleasant and told me where to go for stuff locally). Microwave and kettle in food prep area. Food and drink Vending machines for something quick. I would have no problems in coming back here, although probably not for everyone. Mostly for the budget conscious.”
