“Lovely hotel. Room was well presented and spacious. The en suite was clean and modern. Although we didn't make use of it, it was nice to see the honesty snack selection. The breakfast room was very nice and there was a good selection of food on offer. We did however have to wait quite a while for our cooked breakfast. There was a wedding party staying. Knowing this you would have thought there would have been extra staff on duty. There was only one server, who couldn't have done any more, but could have done with some assistance.”

“We are regular guests at the Sutton Holiday Inn and have always received a warm welcome from reception and the restaurant staff. The breakfast choice is adequate but good and the restaurant choice is varied. There is also plenty of parking which is free for guests.”

“I’ve lived at Sienna House for almost 4 years and it’s been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The residence managers, Samuel and Mima, have always gone above and beyond to support residents—any issue, big or small, is addressed quickly and professionally. The building itself is modern, with great amenities including a gym, lounge, coworking spaces, parcel storage, and a fantastic roof terrace. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the train station and Sutton High Street, making commuting and shopping incredibly easy. “I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”
