Had the Gingerbread Latte with a Salted Caramel Brownie while my friend had a Terry Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate and a slice of their Chocolate & Caramel Nutcracker Cake. The drinks were absolutely delicious and the treats were tasty. Given the opportunity, I will definitely return.”

“I’ve been to this branch of Starbucks a couple of times recently and it’s been great. My friend is disabled, so parking is very convenient as there are Blue Badge parking spaces directly outside. Access is easy too. The staff are all friendly and you don’t feel rushed, even when it’s near closing time. One outstanding member of staff we encountered was Elaine, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, warm and kind. She was extremely considerate and helpful towards my friend, who needed to access the toilet. Elaine made sure she could navigate her way to the toilet safely and that there were no obstructions in her way. On our way out, just as the shop was closing, Elaine cheerfully called out to say goodbye, which was a lovely touch. It’s warm, friendly and helpful staff members like Elaine who contribute to a positive experience when visiting a coffee shop. Thank you Elaine. You’re an asset to Starbucks. Update: When I first encountered Elaine, I mistakenly thought she was the cleaner as she was mopping the floor. On my next visit she told me that she was actually the manager and had found my post hugely amusing. This just shows what a wonderful sense of humour Elaine has! It also shows how the manager is prepared to do any task that is required.”

“We live across the road from The Coffee Trail, decided to go and order something as we felt super tired this morning and desperately needed a good coffee. Cappuccino and Flat white were perfect, and I couldn't help but notice the Banana bread too. My boyfriend came into the room and went "Where did you get those coffees from, they are amazing!" The Banana bread is incredible too. We will be back tomorrow morning, and most likely next week too :D Thanks!”

My friend claimed his free birthday cake from the Costa in Premier Inn terminal 4 a few times yet the staff kept saying they couldn't do it due to different reasons. By the time we reached Heathrow Airport terminal 2, the free gift voucher already expired but the manager William tried his very best to give my friend 50% discount for the cake and help my friend to claim a free drink . It's really not so much about the free food and free drink but the birthday experiences and surprises from the birthday gift from Costa and their staff matter to us more. Thanks again Costa for all the delicious toasties and coffee. I will definitely visit Costa again when l come to UK.”

Not sure if they have upped their game recently but signed up for 2x kids swim lessons. 36 per month each for 30 mins per week and unlimited access to swimming. Really good value and my kids love it, as both over 8 can go in on their own while i have a coffee. We did lessons in Acton - the staff and quality of teaching is miles better here. Its much less chaotic for showers, changing and fewer children per instructor. And it has a little cafe and easier parking - Acton doesn't.”
