“Went for breakfast. Two big breakfast. Cooked perfectly. Fried slice with two perfect eggs. Delish. Baked beans just right. And mushrooms seasoned with the right amount of salt and pepper. Can’t wait for next time.”

“Visited last Monday during a week-long stag celebration and wow what a hidden gem! The garlic bread is quite honestly the best we’ve ever tasted and the cocktails were superb - and I think we tried the entire menu between us! Wonderful service, stayed open for us too. We can’t thank you enough, will definitely visit again if in the area!”

There was no unnecessary hanging around and all procedures could be conducted in one place. A shining example of what the NHS can do when adequately funded and fully staffed. “I went to Yvonne Arnaud Theatre to see the show Murder At Midnight starring Max Bowden from EastEnders and I had a wonderful time, it was an incredible experience to see Max and the rest of the cast perform live as it has always been my dream to see Max perform as I have been a fan of his for many years now so it was a special experience for me. We had front row seats which made the experience even more special too. Yvonne Arnaud is a wonderful little venue with great seating for shows and the cafe is lovely too, with delicious food and drinks and beautiful views across the river. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. Thank you Yvonne Arnaud for a wonderful show and for making my dreams come true with watching Max Bowden perform live, I send my gratitude to Max and the rest of the cast of Murder At Midnight for a fantastic show that I will remember forever!”

“Lovely and family friendly coffee place, we visit very often to get our morning coffee and chai tea latte, it is very dog friendly, our dog is always looking forward to a dog treat he gets. Food and cakes are also tasty. Glad we have this place in our area. Thoroughly reccommend it.”

“Hadn't been in Next since it was in the White Lion Walk and was very happy leaving! I found a shirt on sale, and Susie was lovely during payment and had a conversation and a laugh. I came back later that day to exchange the shirt for a smaller size and Susie was totally understanding and was very helpful! Will definitely come back for any future clothing!”

“The food here is very much a six star award. Service exemplary. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because, sadly, we were the only people in the dining area on a Friday night. I guess all other diners were savouring the heady delights of a Big Mac! They don't know what they are missing. I would also guess that being an hotel people mistakenly have the impression that it is just that, somewhere to sleep and have breakfast before you go elsewhere. MISTAKE! If you like good food in clean surroundings with good professional service, then they The Mandolay. You won't be disappointed.”
