“Me and the family were waking by and happened to find this cafe in Kingston so we decided to try it. The staff were very welcoming and the food was delightful and tasty. The prices are very cheap for Kingston in general and the portions are very filling. Came here with the family and we all loved it.”

“There is no point trying another cafe if you are in this area and you need a greasy spoon. Prices still reasonable, service is friendly and welcoming, food is spot on. Even the coffee is good. My only tiny reservation is that perhaps ketchup bottles could be bigger or topped up more often.”

“We had a fantastic Christmas party at the upstairs private function room with its own bar, audio system and the screen, accommodating 40 guests of ours perfectly. Super kind professional staffs and delicious Christmas menu made our event perfect! Highly recommended and we’d definitely choose the venue for our next Christmas event again ;)”

“On the weekend we spent the afternoon holding a presentation for my Thai boxing club, Christmas party and awards at bar Malden the venue was beautiful and feeling very festive the customers service was brilliant and Dee the bar staff really was a amazing and very helpful from setting up our preordering food for the big group we are and was checking in to see if there was anything more she can do to make this a good year to celebrate my teammates, The food was lovely and really didn’t want it to finish.”

“I cant recommend this little deli enough. The crusty rolls are just like what we used to get from the bakery when I was a kid with lots of filling. My daughter had the panini cheese and ham and she loved it and she got homemade lemon drizzle cake to go. Great little place for lunch we will definitely be regulars. Oohh a d the gelato is yum and the woman running is the nicest. Great place”

“This is my favorite cafe! I live in the US, and whenever I visit my family in New Malden this is one of my first stops. It’s become a tradition now! Delicious espresso and pastries and a nice selection of Italian pantry items.”

“We went here just before 9pm and were delighted to know that they still serve bingsoo so late at night! The bingsoos are a little more expensive than the ones at the cafe across the street, but the ice cream scoop is bigger, the standard is consistent and the service was much more efficient. Cosy atmosphere as well and the tables are clean and tidy. Dog friendly too. Would highly recommend this place for late night desserts!”

“The decor is more akin to an airport pub or a 3 star hotel but it works well and feels spacious and glamorous. The drink prices are amazing even for a spoons. 99p for a Greene King IPA. Highly recommend best pub I've been to in New Malden.”

“Rooms very basic but clean - all we needed. Long as our rooms were clean we were happy as was just to get our heads down for the night. Breakfast was lovely and in an open kitchen where you can see the food being prepared and cooked - LOVED this! Cosy seating area for breakfast, there was 5 of us so we took over a little but the hosts / staff honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we would definitely use again if in the area. Thank you everyone! Highly recommended!”

“Today I got a cappuccino and requested for some Coffee grounds from a staff. She was very kind to me, took care to pack the coffee grounds well. She would have made me to wait to collect the coffee grounds, but she acted immediately with a pleasant face. I missed to ask her name but she had duo colored fringes and weating specs. Thanks for her kindness and thanks to starbucks for giving away coffee grounds for the customer.”
