He inspected the damage and explained thoroughly in detail the process that would be involved in the repairs - his passion for this work is very evident to see. Even with his busy schedule, he was able to pencil me in at short notice and I received the car back looking brand new the same day. He even kindly touched up some other areas of my car that had some scuffs. The photo updates during the day showing the progress of the work were also a nice touch!
