I was able to wait whilst my wheel was changed and carry on working from my laptop in the office. I observed Shah (the manager) and another gentleman to be trying the best with appointments they had, even though they had a lot of staff sicknesses that day (it was a Monday). My wheel was replaced within an hour and I appreciated the customer service the entire way. Thanks!”

Once fitted the motorhome drives so much better, it's like a totally different vehicle. No more wallowing around bends and the ride is so much smoother. Best safety device I've ever bought. “Somebody dented my car whilst it was parked outside of my house, right on the bottom of the rear quarter panel. After another dent repair company said the only solution was to respray the side of the car, I called Jack to get a second opinion. Lesson learned - I should have called him first! He arrived on time, said he could fix it, quoted me an entirely reasonable price, and did it there and then. I also asked him to remove a tiny crease in one of the doors which he also did at the same time. All in, I reckon he took an hour and both the problems have entirely disappeared. So glad I called and didn't take the word of the first company. I have no hesitation in recommending Jack.”
