Took the car in, and through no fault of PDQ, an air filter hadn't been delivered, and when queried Neil rang ECP, who admitted they cocked up. ECP had the part delivered and Neil managed to get that item done Pretty Damn Quick! Decent outfit, not used them before, but would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.”

I really want to shout out Jo (on front desk) and Farrel (in the workshop) I was turned away from numerous garages for a “tricky” light bulb change. However these ladies sorted this out for me in less then 20 mins! They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly persistent! They did not give up! Their persistence saved me nearly £500. Just what a young mum needed during this difficult time. Thank you ladies! I will be back!”

“Ian has to be the best kept secret in Sidcup. My car was taken to him by the RAC for a fault they couldn’t find on the drive way. Four weeks later, i collected my car and it is back to “new” again. “This is an excellent company to deal with and we have dealt with them over the past few years. We ordered new wind deflectors for a change of car we had and which were coming directly from Germany. Within 7 days of ordering, we changed to a different series, and colour, of car. On contacting the staff, the original order was cancelled and a new order submitted (again coming direct from Germany) which we have now received and fitted. As always, these deflectors are of good quality and fit well. Credit MUST go to staff for their understanding, professionalism and quick response to our vehicle change. Would not hesitate to use this company at all times. Highly recommended and well done all round!”
