On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

“We had a first class experience with Jethin as soon as we arrived at the showroom. He listened carefully to our requirements, did not try and hard sell anything and guided us through our purchase. Within one hour we had secured a really good deal, and within 2 weeks we were able to collect our car. On collection day, the receptionist showed us to the comfortable seating area and encouraged us to use the coffee/tea machine whilst we waited. Jethin took the time to show us the set up in the car and patiently answered our questions. His communication throughout was excellent and would highly recommend visiting him and the showroom.”

“I have used this garage recently for clutch problems and MOT today 31/10/2025. My MOT with my Vauxhall Corsa failed due to head light bulb failure which MOTEST fixed straight away, whilst I waited. “Absolutely a platinum level of service! Went to a different mechanic first to get my rear brake disc replaced. They tried charging me 250 for the part and nearly a whole days labour! Crown showed me the price of all the parts from Honda direct, and charged a really fair amount for labour! Not only that, but freebies like air in the tyres and clutch lever adjustments were also done! So impressed that honest and hardworking mechanics still exist!!”

Price was very competitive with internet retailers and they seem to carry a comprehensive stock range. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.”

“Hawthorn is 100% your new go-to spot in Kew/Richmond. For some background, everyone who I was with for dinner had previously dined at the Glasshouse at some point in their lives, so when we all arrived for dinner at Hawthorn, we were intrigued about how it would compare… AND WOW our expectations were blown out of the water. Not only did we each quite literally lick the plates clean, but we all felt that each course was complex yet also felt so simple and just plain delicious. We heard that the restaurant just opened a couple of weeks ago, but the food tasted as if the chefs have been cooking together for years. Whether you are there for lunch or dinner, either set menu is incredibly well priced (especially when the food quality is at this level). The sommelier is incredible, suggesting perfect pairings for each course to accommodate every taste bud or finding a bottle that works with a table of diners who ordered a mixture of seafood and meat mains! Conveniently it’s also right next to Kew Gardens station or a short walk from Richmond station - very easy to get to and definitely worth a trip. What an amazing new restaurant in Kew!”
