Also a big shout out for Brilinda who on the day was well prepared and organised along with another dental nurse from the previous visit whose name I didn't get. But overall brilliant service keep up the great work. Had to pop back in today for a quick fix and a quick fix it was with Clelia and the brilliant Mika who together once again did there magic, also a big shout out to the lovely ladies at the front desk who are superstars in their own brilliant way.”

I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team.
