With great teachers that will love you're kids as much as you. A place where they can be given the chance to grow and develop.”

“Kidspace Romford is a fantastic indoor play centre and one of our favourite places to take the kids. The play areas are big, varied and really well designed, with plenty to do for different ages – from climbing and slides to more imaginative play. It’s clean, secure and well supervised, so you can relax a bit while the children run around and explore. The staff are friendly, patient and great with kids, and everything always feels well organised, especially during busy times and parties. It’s a brilliant option for rainy days, birthdays or just letting them burn off some energy – highly recommended.”

“I took my daughter to baby sensory from 10weeks old. She absolutely loved it as did I. First of all it was more for me than her I guess, getting out to the same class every week, I made some lovely mummy friends and as my daughter grew, she realised she had become friends with their children too. Starting from such a young age was so beneficial as we learnt different signs which was great for communication and development and she would always leave exhausted from absorbing everything in the class. She loved all the songs and we would sing them at home too. Every week is different, no 2 classes are the same. We learnt so many different songs and actions and was gutted when she hit 13 months and we graduated. I then went on to take my son once he was born who loved it just as much as his big sister did, I never got bored of it at all. Kelly was our class leader and her positive energy and enthusiasm made the classes what they were. She put 110% effort into every activity we done, she captured my little ones attention from start to finish as she interacts with all the babies through the class. Finding out she was then able to play a part in my sons 1st birthday was literally the icing on the cake. Provided all equipment and instruments for our jungle animal themed party and everyone that came had nothing but amazing feedback for her party. 100% recommend to everyone”

“Our daughter loves swimming at puddle ducks, and has for several years now. She has grown in confidence in the water impressively, it is one of the highlights of the week ! Thank you so much to Maria for your patience, kindness and dedication to Lily and all kids in the swimming class ! In addition the website is easy to use and if you miss a class, let them know in advance and you then get a "courtesy" lesson to make sure you don't miss out. Definitely worth it with small kids.”

“Went into the store in Romford after Christmas to exchange my Daughters coat. I was shocked how the store looked.. no tills, no where to stand to talk to a member of staff, no womens wear at all!! However the store manager Nicole went above and beyond to help us, she was absolutely fantastic, a real credit to the store.”

“Arrived 8.05 Saturday morning, triaged within 20 minutes despite being 14th in the queue. Treated foot wound within 25 minutes, the staff were extremely efficient and polite. All done in around an hour. Thank you NHS, 10 stars if I could!! To add, I have subsequently visited twice more and received the same exemplary treatment for my scalded foot on both occasions. The last time I was in and out within 50 minutes. Maybe if a few more people like myself who have received brilliant treatment took the time to leave a review it might help to redress the balance of those who leave poor reviews without knowing the circumstances for delays and roles of the staff there. As a man in my 80's I'm grateful to live in this country and to be able to walk into an NHS care facility, without appointment, on my doorstep and receive this quality of care. 10 stars once again and my foot is getting better! Shame on you complainers!! Thank you once again NHS.”

I could not have been looked after better by Rohin and his dental nurse. They are an exceptionally professional team at all times. My comfort during the work was given priority and I felt genuinely cared for at all times. The work is now finished and I could not be happier with the result.”
