The entire staff is welcoming and kind, but I especially want to mention Dr. Shiv, who made me feel very comfortable, Rahul, who did an excellent job with my root canal treatment, and Helen, the hygienist, who was so gentle and professional. They are all super nice, attentive, and truly care about their patients. I felt well looked after throughout my visit. “My daughter loves going to this nursery. They always welcome her with the biggest smile and make her feel special every time. My daughter has learnt so much since being there for the last year or so. She has become more confident and her breath of vocabulary has most definitely widened because of their teaching. When she comes home she is always repeating songs they sing during circle time. I would highly recommend this nursery as not only do they support the child to progress but also give really good advice to parents regarding potty training etc. Whenever I pick my daughter up I love how nicely the children play together and enjoys playing with her friends.”

“I used to hang out here a bit with family and friends in my tweens, teens and twenties; when you lived in Hillingdon in the 70's and 80's, a visit to Denham offered you a window on a beautiful 'other' world! The Falcon is still a great place to drink, and, sitting on the Green outside, with a glass of wine on a sunny day was just about perfect.”

“I had a catheter ablation at Harefield Hospital on 20th August and was very impressed with the professional yet caring attitude of everyone I came across in the catheter lab and Oak ward. A special mention to Annabelle the outstanding nurse in the Oak ward, nothing was too much trouble for her, she made my stay as comfortable as possible and for this I am most grateful. Everyone in the lab were absolutely amazing too, too many to mention and very much appreciated.”

“Stopped into the Harrow location on our way back to the Midlands and had a really pleasant experience. We didn’t have a reservation but the lady receiving guests showed us to a table for two straight away. There were plenty of patrons but the atmosphere was pleasant and not too noisy or overwhelming. We had the butchers block and a selection of drinks that had plenty of fresh fruit and ice served with them as advertised. Our server, Nicole, was very friendly and welcoming and was attentive to our needs, as well as those of a large party seated next to us. She had a warm and approachable demeanour that helped two out of towners feel at ease :)”

“I don't remember the name of the associate who served me but i want to say that these 5 stars are ONLY for him! The store messed around my online order I had placed to be collected from store, they had cancelled it the day I was due to collect and it was for my godsons birthday!!! This kind gentleman managed to locate most of my items and personally packed this up for me. He went above and beyond to rectify a mistake that wasn't his fault. He was also very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I wish I had got his name, this was on Tuesday 09th Jan. Please let this colleague know he was great”

“My favourite barbershop in Uxbridge and I have been there many times. It’s very quick , with no long waiting. Reasonable prices and great staff. I used to go on Saturday without waiting in a long queue. Maximum waiting I had was 30 minutes The haircut exceeded my expectations every time.”

“I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.”
