“Our son has been at Kateys for 9 months now and we couldn't be happier. The staff are so welcoming and loving towards the children. The range of activities, play and learning they do is outstanding. Each day useful feedback is given and periodically more thorough feedback in the form of a learning journal and parents evenings. I'm always astonished by the range and depth of topics covered. The setting is excellent too with lots of outdoor space and nearby points of interest. Highly recommend.”

“If you want your child nurtured, looked after, encouraged to grow and learn in a safe and secure environment, Kintore Way is all of this and much, much more. Having had 3 children attend, over a total period of 12 years, we could not be happier with the care they have all received alongside the invaluable support and advice that we as parents have received over the years from all of the staff, from nappy training to food fussiness, their advice is always well informed and offered both freely and kindly. In terms of continuity, we are amazed that many of the staff caring for our 2 year old daughter today, are the same staff who looked after our (almost) 13 year old son from the age of 7 months in the baby unit (now closed). This is a clear indication, in an industry renowned for a high turnover of staff, that this is good place to work, that staff enjoy caring for the children, take immense pride in the huge roles that they play in the children’s development and also that management understand the value of this team, that they support and encourage them. This comes across in the welcoming friendly atmosphere that is always present at Kintore Way. The facilities are secure, spotlessly clean and well maintained, the garden area is always used to its full potential, the children have a wide choice of activities to undertake both indoors and outdoors and are encouraged to do so. Any achievements , however big or small, are praised and always recognised. My daughter loves it as much today as her brothers did 13 years and 7 years ago, it’s part of our family story, even I attended nearly 4 decades ago! I could go on……. but in summary, if you are looking for an amazing nursery, with the most caring, loving, encouraging and professional staff, who take pride in their role nurturing and preparing your child for the next step of their journey into education, primary school, you’ve found it.”

“What a fantastic holiday club, my kids absolutely loved it, the main thing is the staff are amazing really caring and thoughtful to every child. I asked the manager if I could watch a session and he couldn't have been more inviting, I was blown away with how organised everything was and every child had a smiles on their faces. I had no problem leaving all my 3 kids I have been to quite a few holiday clubs and this one is easily the best in the area. I strongly recommend funny feet if you need somewhere for the children, they will not only have a wonderful time with all the activities but also be in safe hand with the Incredible team behind Funny Feet.”

“I would 100% recommend Noah's Ark Day Nursery. My son started the nursery at 9 months and recently left for primary school, but he loved attending full-time. The staff are amazing and treat the kids really well there. There was a real family feel and I never felt concerned when leaving my child; I knew he was in good hands and we'll taken care of. The nursery is small and the kids get the attention they need to thrive.”

“We chose Little Cubs in Greenwich because my eldest went to the nursery in Honor Oak before we moved to Greenwich. My son loved the HO branch, and the Greenwich location was really great too. The staff are incredibly caring and communicative, the space is amazing, and we loved the fact the children spend so much time outdoors in nature and on trips. We would like the thank LCA for the wonderful care and memories. My son goes on to school having made some great friends.”

“Came today on route to France with my son (ADHD/Autism). We had an amazing time. No issues on arrival with his ticket and me having an essential carer (proof provided). All the animals were out in the open for us to view and all seemed well looked after - I didn’t witness any pacing of the big cats like I’ve seen at other zoos - they were all quite content relaxing in the sun. The place was clean too, and plenty of staff around for help if needed. The gift shop was actually quite reasonably priced, too. The best bit was the Lemur experience - I had booked the Lemur experience for my son, and a huge shout out to Jess who helped us feed the Lemurs. The experience was over and above what was expected, and Jess was informative and patient. The lemurs themselves were extremely friendly and obviously very well cared for.”

“Like all parents, I was anxious about sending my 1 yr old daughter to nursery when I returned to work but I didn’t need to worry – the nursery is a real gem & she loved it from day one. Little Aisha has a warm, friendly, family feel and the staff genuinely care about the kids. Our daughter really bonded with her key workers in butterfly and caterpillar room . We couldn’t ask for more in terms of the support, love & attention she receives.”

We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. He loves doing messy play, singing, playing in the garden and participating to lots of the experiences that it is proposed!”

“We love munchkins! It’s the best small soft play in the area. Really wonderful friendly staff who run the cafe and cook delicious food. Plenty of space for the children to play and also for the adults to sit down!! We have been visiting since our son was around 10 months old he’s now nearly two and it’s still great!! I’ve visited many nurseries prior to finding this nursery and easily far much better in terms of providing social and learning activities. Now I have peace of mind. “Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”

“I loved the atmosphere of this pub. I was there last Sunday to try the Sunday roast. When I arrived, it was almost impossible to get a table as the place was packed, but the staff were very friendly and quickly found a spot for my wife and me. When we placed our food order, we were told it would take around 20 minutes because many tables were ordering at the same time. I went for the pork belly, and my wife chose the roast beef. We were pleasantly surprised when the food arrived much faster than expected , the portions were generous, and everything was absolutely delicious. I must also highlight the gravy and apple sauce, which was fantastic. I’ll definitely be going back with family and friends!”

“Great place to sunbathe and swim on a warm day - does get v busy on peak heatwave days so I prefer to go on quieter days. Large pool with lane swimming available for the serious swimmers. Staff and lifeguards always friendly. Reasonably priced. Toilet and changing facilities reasonable and ice cream sold on site. Take change for parking.”

“By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“My son really enjoyed the summer football camp organised by Kensington FB club. There was a lot of focus on having fun and play football at the same time. The coaches were very friendly and encouraging. He got a lot of positive comments on his football skills and is much more confident now. Also excellent value for money!”

“My first squash Club in London, although the squash court floors could do with some upgrades the club and the members are more than welcoming and friendly, and the level of players is very high. I thoroughly love my time in the club so far, very easy to make friends. Really makes you feel at home and wanting to be there everyday just to meet more people.”
