“Cannot fault this nursery at all! My son had to start at very short notice & they got him his settling in sessions and started nursery within 1 week. My son has loved being there and always went in happy, some days it was be try hard to get him out. The staff are amazing and you can really tell how much they care about the children. I would 100% recommend this nursery.”

“We had the wonderful Lily as our server who was so inviting, friendly and caring while taking our order and made sure we had enough time when choosing. We had a lovely meal for dinner that was tasty and affordable with a lovely atmosphere around us that felt comfortable and clean. We would be more than happy to come again soon and try some other things on the menu but we had a perfect evening with lovely service ☺️”

“We had an incredible experience at Rhymetime Berrywood, where my daughter attended from 1.5 years to almost 4 years old. As a new migrant family leaving our loved ones behind, we felt at ease knowing that our daughter was in such caring hands. The growth she achieved in language skills, independence, and foundational concepts like math and the alphabet was truly remarkable. I want to give special recognition to Miss. Kayla, Miss. Debi, Mr. Tom, and Miss.Nicole, who went above and beyond to support my daughter's development. Their dedication and trustworthiness provided us with peace of mind every day. The nursery offers plenty of space for the children to explore and play, which has greatly contributed to our positive experience. It is genuinely heartbreaking to leave as we are moving, but we will always cherish the wonderful memories we've made here. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Rhymetime Berrywood. I’ve been so impressed with how well they’ve developed and the milestones they’ve reached during their time there. It’s amazing to see the new skills they bring home and how much confidence they’ve gained. What means the most to me is how happy they are to go in every day. Even my youngest, who is usually very shy and cautious with strangers, looks forward to nursery and goes in with a smile. The small group sizes and family-oriented atmosphere make such a difference. Every artist we’ve seen comments upon their affection for the Stables and we count ourselves lucky to live nearby. “I recently visited this hidden gem of a vegan cafe located on a boat near the skate park, and it was an absolute delight. Despite not knowing about its existence until a friend's recommendation, I'm so glad I discovered it. The entire menu is vegan-friendly, catering perfectly to our party's dietary preferences. The service was exceptional; the lady serving us was incredibly polite and friendly, making our first visit feel warm and welcoming. We appreciated how accommodating they were to our requests, happily making changes to our orders without any fuss. Even when they ran out of nuggets, they went above and beyond by deducting it from the bill, a gesture that truly impressed us. The food arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations in taste and presentation. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, adding to the overall wonderful experience. “I really enjoyed my time here. Went for a family meal, and there was a wide choice of food for everyone. Quality of the food was great, and nobody had any issues. The venue was clean and welcoming, but maybe a little on the cold side with the change in temperature that day - but cant really blame them for that. Staff were all really nice and gave a great quality of service. The venue was great for us as a family to come, but it would equally be fine for just a couple to go to. My only point for improvement would be the beer selection wasnt exactly to my taste, but it might be to yours. Will definitely be making a trip there again, and hopefully when the canal museum is open too.”

“Booked the Walnut for a wake. I have no hesitation in recommending the Walnut for a family event. Staff were happy to show us round ahead of time so that we could view the rooms we'd be using. Good food. Excellent service. And of course it's less than 10 minutes drive from the Milton crematorium.”

“Over 2 years ago, we got married at this location. The day was perfect. The staff were helpful throughout the planning process and the day itself went without issue. 2 years later, we came back, now with our son, for our 2 year Anniversary. Again, the staff were extremely professional, the food was worth more than what they charged, and, to help us celebrate, some items were made free for us. I cannot say just how amazing every aspect of the Woodland Manor Hotel is and the staff are amazing”

“Another amazing time had The Sun Inn, Hardingstone 14 of us, which included 6 children attended The Sun on Saturday 13/12/25 for a festive gathering, with all of us opting for the festive menu As is always the case at this venue, we received a very warm welcome & shown to our table by Alice Once our party has all arrived, Alice notified the kitchen & within minutes, we has all been served hot, fresh & delicious meals with absolutely no complaints from anyone in our group Our Waitress's were incredibly efficient, ensuring that our tables were regularly cleared of plates & glasses & they checked in with us every so often to ensure we were happy. Furthemore, at no time did we ever feel pressured to vacate our table, which led to a thoroughly enjoyable & relaxed occasion Suffice to say, it is with confidence that I commend the team at the The Sun, Hardingstone, whom, from the initial booking (some 5 weeks ago) to the time that we left the venue, were nothing but outstanding. A huge cry also goes out to the following staff for making this occasion so special; Grace, Hollie & Chantelle for managing the original booking & for checking in with me on the odd occasion to make sure there were no changes & that everything was ok Sienna, Jess & Sheobe for looking after us on the day I also wish to thank the kitchen team, in particular Mustfa for serving up some incredibly amazing & delicious food for us all. The presentation of the food was superb & above all, we all thoroughly enjoyed it, including the children who all had Burgers! The kitchen team & Chefs are invaribly the unsung hero's of any hospitality establishment & Mustfa is clearly a credit to The Sun & the wider McManus team for preparing & serving up some incredible meals. “Had a great all you can eat breakfast at Oakley Hay. Everything was cooked fresh and the quality was of the highest standards. My wife had vegetarian sausage and bacon which we ordered as we were seated she really enjoyed it . Big shout out to the chef as everything was cooked to perfection. Also a big thankyou to the gentleman that served us so sorry I never got your name but can be seen working away in the 1st picture. This morning it was really busy but as they say quality speaks louder than words. Without hesitation we will definitely be back when we are in the area.
