“I’ve been having treatments with Kai and Abi since moving to Rickmansworth, and I couldn’t recommend them more! Kai has given me pregnancy massages as well as full-body and hot stone massages. She always pinpoints exactly where the pain is and explains how to relieve it beyond just massage. I even recommended her to my father-in-law, and thanks to her treatments he has made remarkable progress since his stroke. Over the past year, Kai and her team have worked hard to improve his circulation and muscle movement, and we’ve seen a real difference in his independence and mobility. I’ve also had treatments from Abi, including regular eyebrow waxing and tinting, as well as her incredible Korean facials. These facials have improved my skin so much that even my husband noticed the difference — especially the reduction in blackheads on my nose!”

I had over 5 inches of dark brown regrowth, and she transformed it into a stunning, natural-looking finish. My hair remained soft, healthy, and vibrant—even after the bleaching. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now! A special shoutout to the lovely Maria, who kept me company during my seven-hour transformation and captured the most gorgeous photos of my new look. She’s an absolute gem and just one more example of how welcoming and thoughtful this team is. To top it all off - their prices are very affordable for the service they provide and being in London. I have been quoted almost double of what I paid at other salons. There are no hidden costs — you know exactly what you are paying before you start. I have been to other salons, they quote you a price and then after they say “oh you need to pay extra for all these things” that you aren’t aware aren’t included in the price. It’s all very honest and up front. This is my first experience at the salon, I don’t personally know any of the team so this is a completely transparent, honest review. I am very impressed. “A real gem of a cafe in the heart of Welling high street. Been coming here for years, whenever I’m in town. Food is really good, always cooked well with lovely staff. You can tell a good cafe when it has regulars that ask for the usual. Everyone made welcome, looked after etc. Great coffee too”

“I booked the private room upstairs for my 30th birthday and had an amazing time. For starters the minimum spend was so reasonable compared to other pubs in London, making it far more affordable. The pub were super accommodating of all my requests in the lead up the event. The Head Chef Franc was amazing at helping me create a suitable menu for my guests and helped with lots of my back and forth emailing. Finally the staff were amazing on the day, so accommodating and made my day super special! Everyone still components the food- which was top quality! Would highly recommend for a private event.”

“Brilliant barber, Ben is so welcoming and helpful when you contact him to prebook. Ben is appointment only. He is fantastic with my neurodiverse son and has a TV which is a fantastic distraction when he’s getting his hair cut. He also has a chalk board on the wall for children to use. Ben cuts both my son’s hair and also cuts my husbands. We really do recommend Blades.”
