The room was comfortably sized and the only downside of the ground floor room was the noise from people checking in/out in the morning. I chose this place because of the convenient location and had no problem navigating with my luggage for my journey to Heathrow. I was able to keep my bags post checkout time as I had a late departure and everyone on the staff was super nice.”
