“Myself and wife stayed at the Westleigh for 2 nights. The hosts David and Jane were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the room with Super King bed which was very comfortable, with a modern bathroom overlooking there beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent. Nice lounge if you wanted to sit and read or look at the garden.”

“A great value for the money. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. The location was close to houses of worship as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The owner was friendly and helpful with information and places to visit. We would stay here again.”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .”

Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. “Small Paw Adventures, run by Sam is just fantastic. Ozzy, my dog, has been going to Sam for day care since he was little, he’s now 2. He absolutely adores her and the time they have together. Last night he did his first sleepover in preparation for a holiday we have booked and Sam sent me messages and updated me. Sam is professional and kind, a winning combination when it comes to our fur babies. I trust her implicitly and feel total confidence to get on with my day, knowing he’s happy and safe! You can tell they really care about the animal's experience throughout the groom. I returned with a very clean and happy pup. Very professional and cannot recommend them enough. “Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

“We feel very lucky to have discovered Goulds Green Cattery after our usual cattery closed down. Our young rescue tabby is a very nervous cat but after dropping her off and seeing the cattery, we felt very happy that she would be very well cared for. “Steve was my hero. Our cat Lily was due to stay with our daughter but she was unable to have her. So the day before we were due to go on holiday I rang Steve. We were in luck he had, had a cancellation. Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home. Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc. We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring. Great value to.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”
