“Very nice hotel in a splendid location at a lovely part of the River Thames. very clean room with helpful and friendly staff throughout. Large queen size bed in standard room which is still bigger than most equivalent hotel rooms. All facilities are good and function well. restaurant serves throughout the whole day. Excellent stay with location just over half a mile ito the small town of Chertsey with many quaint shops and foodie places.”

I had other issues with my 2001 mini which the team were able to fix and they kept me up to date each day with progress.
